I am glad we are here together. The weekend is over, and I am finalizing my Thanksgiving plans. I love cooking for the holidays. The smell of turkey, dressing, and sweet potatoes pie cooking always get me in the right mood. I hope you all have a happy Thanksgiving. I promise I will not keep you long. Let’s dive right in and make a card.

Crafting Steps

Blessings

Every year, I make a snowman card, but I had not made one this year, so I thought we would make one today.

 Materials:

A white, green, and wine color card stock.

Some colored makers

Blue colored pencil

Snowman and friend stamp

Sentiment

Banner die

Glue

Steps:

Cut the Wine card stock to measure 5 1/2′ by 8 1/2′. Score the wine card stock at 2 1/8′ and 4 1/4′.  Fold the 2 1/8′ each side or left side back on its self. Cut the green piece to 3 3/4′ by 5′.  Cut the white card stock to 3 3/4′ by 5′. This will go on the inside.  Take your banner die, and a piece of white card stock cut it out.  Stamp the sentiment onto the banner.  Cut a piece of white card measuring 3 1/2′ by 4 3/4′. Stamp your snowman die onto the 3 1/2′ by 4 3/4′ white card stock.  Color the stamped image.

Now it is time to assemble the card. To the card base, which is the wine color card stock, open it to the inside and center the white card stock that measures 3 3/4′ by 5′. Add the green card stock to the fold on the front. Attached the color snowman to the green. With a gray marker, make the snowbanks and with blue color pencil color in the sky and snowbanks. Attach the sentiment below the snowma

Word of the Day

The word of today is blessings. It is a blessing we woke up this morning. God and His son Jesus loves us. If we count our blessings each day, we would be amazed at how many blessings we have. I love the song we sing in church that says count your blessing name them one by one. Count your blessing and see what God has done. Have a safe and blessed Thanksgiving. Find time to craft and create.
